Adore

I think the origins may be French, and it can be pronounced the same as the word 'adore,' or, for a bit of a twist, ad-oh-ray. It's a nice way to make sure your daughter knows throughout her whole life that she is adored.

According to Merriam-Webster's dictionary, Adore is an English word meaning 1: to worship or honor as a deity or as divine

2: to regard with loving admiration and devotion

3: to be very fond of

Adorée is a French word meaning "adored." There are a few French names like this, including Honorée (honored) and the most famous, Aimée (loved).
