Allura Mia or Allura Love: Combines the Al- names that I love with the soft simplicity of "Laura"--softened even more to Ah-lure-ah or Ah-loo-rah. Makes for a rather "alluring" name. ;) I'm sure this girl would grow to stun all those around her with her beauty and strength.

Most likely based on the word "alluring," this name showed up for the first time in the USA in 1946, but then not again until 1973. It gained steam in the late 1980s, most likely after the television show Voltron became popular, which featured the character Princess Allura.
