Antonietta

ann-TO-nee-et-ta --This is (as far as I know) a combination of Antoinette and Antonia. Sounds lovely and has some really nice short forms, such as Annie, Toni, Netty etc. Don't know if a non-Italian child could pull it off though.

Antoinette is a French feminine form of Anthony, and Antonia is the Italian form.
