Arasia is a genus of jumping spiders. As a name, it hasn't shown up in the top 7000 in any spelling that I can tell. Truly unique! Sounds like a blend of Ar + Asia. Many similar names have been formed this way since the late 20th century: Adasia, Alaysia, Akasia etc.
