Ben

• Of course this would be Benjamin as a full name, but most end up always being shortened to Ben. It's a friendly-sounding name - I've never met a Ben I didn't like.

By itself, "ben" means "son of" and appears in many Hebrew names, such as Benoni ("son of sorrow") and Benzion ("son of Zion").
