- heard it for a boy; I like it better for a girl. A change from Kate as it is pronounced as one syllable but with the d sound. Like in ar--cade.
- Cade Tabetha: (Pronounced Kayde rhyming with blade, and also pronounced Kay-Dee) I have always thought Cade was a cute name for a girl, I imagine her have short blonde hair, bright blue eyes, a vry sunky personality a trendsetter when it comes to clothes and I imagine her to be very interested in rock music and formng her own band with her boyfriend. Tabetha is an alternative spelling for Tabitha and I wanted something different and I don't care for Tabatha the spelling the writers for the 60's TV show Bewitched used for the character on that show, for me personally bath is unappealing in a name.
As of 2010, Cadence and Caden were both in the top 500 for girls in the USA, but as far as I know, plain Cade has never made the girls' top 7000. See Cade for more info.
