Carmilla

I like it because it is so individual. I have never met or heard about any person with the same name and the same spelling. I have been told that the name comes from Dracula's wife. Her full name was Carmilla Von Carnstein. Its an interesting name at any rate, with a story behind it.

Carmilla was the name of an 1872 lesbian vampire novella by Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu. It is about a vampire (Carmilla, the title character) who hits on the protagonist, a young woman named Laura. In the book, Carmilla is also known in the incarnations Mircalla and Millarca (anagrams of the same name).
