Chastity

It means purity and it's very feminine

The word chastity is derived from Latin castus meaning "pure." Unlike other virtue names (i.e., Faith, Hope, Charity), there is no evidence that Chastity was ever used by the Puritans. It was made famous in the 1970s when singers Sonny Bono and Cher named their daughter Chastity.
