Chyah
(Ch-i-a, not Chia, as in Chia Pet) This was the last name of someone I knew in college. She was polish and spelled it Czaja...but I didn't think anyone would get that, so I played with the spelling. If my next child is a girl, I am going with this one!
Czaja is usually a Polish surname, which derives from the word czajka meaning "lapwing" (kind of bird." Other surnames that derive from this word are Cejka, Czadla, Czaja, Czajka, Czajkowska, Czajkowski, Chaikovski and Tchaikovsky.
