Corwin

Corwin Alexander: Corwin is my husband's favorite name. It is the name he uses when role playing or doing re-enactment. He goes by Corwin more than he does his given name. Corwin is a good, strong Gaelic/Welsh name that isn't heard much. Alexander is the name of his twin brother and also a good, strong name for a diplomat, so if ever he wants to run for President and doesn't want to go by his first, he can still say C. Alexander for President. (See Alexander for President).

Corwin is an English surname, possibly derived from either the Old French cordoan meaning "leather," or Old French cordon "ribbon-seller."
