Daffodil

Daffodil Sunflower: these are two gorgeous flowers that would make very interesting names!

Daffodils (also called Narcissus) are a spring-blooming bulb in the amaryllis family. The flowers are generally shades of yellow to orange. The name comes from Affodell, a medieval variant of Asphodel, though in modern taxonomy, the asphodel is a different plant. Along with the leek, Daffodils are famous for being one the national symbols of Wales.
