Eoghan

Most people would probably pronounce this wrong, but it's a great Irish name.

In Irish, Eoghan /OH'n/ means "born of the yew tree," and was one of the 20 most common men's names in early Ireland. Occasionally it is anglicized Owen, and is often "translated" as Eugene, though it is unrelated to that name, other than looking similar.
