• I love the name ford because it reminds me of the Scottish comedian Ford Kiernan and he is an extremely talented and clever man.
• No, not after the car company! it is an actual name... sorry... everyone asks me that. i think i mostly took a liking to it while reading the Hitchhiker's Guide series, after Ford Prefect, a character. (yes i realizes that Ford Prefect was named after a car) but i think the name sounds solid, and noble... or something to that effect.
