Gentry

I just think Its a nice masculine sounding name with a country feel to it, and being from rural Nebraska were all about country feel!

Gentry is an English vocabulary referring to the upper class. As a first name it came into use in the 20th century. It probably gets its country feel from Bobbie Gentry (born Roberta Lee Streeter in 1944) who was one of the first country musicians to write and produce her own material. It was further carried on by the country music duo Montgomery Gentry.
