Jaron

• One of my favorite male names is Jaron. Jaron was one of my best friends, and the name itself  is very uncommon. "Jaron" suggests the personality of wisdom, wit, and a fiery temper. Any child with this name would be bound to be a source of lifelong memories.
• Jaron is my third favorite, which is what we'll be naming our baby if it's a boy. I like it because it isn't common, yet doesn't sound too far out there; it's handsome, strong, and sweet sounding. It's like a combo of Jared and Aaron, both of which I like but not enough to name my baby.

Jaron (pronounced like Aaron with a J) is a modern name based on Aaron + a J sound, or names like Darren and Jared/Jerry. Pronounced /jah RON/, it is a modern African-American name based on the prefix Ja and the name Ron.
