Joaquin

Joaquín is the Spanish form of the name Joaquim, a name that is used in many European languages but has never really been used in English. It comes from either of the Hebrew names Jehoiachin meaning "established by God" or Jehoiakim meaning "raised by God". The name was made popular in Catholic countries as St. Joachim is famous for being the father of the Virgin Mary.
