Kassandra

Kassandra can be both a transliteration of the Ancient Greek name, or a modern spelling of Cassandra. Both come from ancient Greek; a name derived from the elements kekasmai "to shine" and andros meaning "man." (the same element as in Andrew and Alexander) In Greek mythology, Cassandra could see into the future, but due to a curse, nobody believed her prophesies.
