Kirsty
- This is my favorite name for a girl. I love the name because it is a Scottish form of Christina but is not as popular as a lot of the names in this
category. I also like it because Kirsty is a main character in the book The Peasant Girl's Dream by George MacDonald (a 19th-century Scottish author). The book is obscure but has always been one of my favorites.
- Kirsty BriannaThese 2 names go perfectly together. They're both really pretty and together they sound so bright and cute. While Kirsty cute for a litte girl, it's still a cool name for a teenager, and strong enough for an adult.
Kirsty is a Scottish diminutive of Kirstin, a form of Christina, probably influenced by the Danish and Norwegian form Kirsten.
