Lady has been used occasionally as a (human!) girls' name since the late 1800s. As of 2010, it was at #1628. It is more popular with Spanish-speaking people, probably because it isn't also a vocabulary word for a woman, like it is in English. It is also found in the spellings Leydi and Leidy.
