Nio
My boyfriend's middle name is Antonio. We're considering using it as our baby's first name (if it's a boy), but we don't like the nickname Tony and Antonio is so long. So we're thinking about the nickname Nio. I just hope everybody doesn't say, "Oh, the Matrix!" I think Nio is kind of a cool name. Definitely unique.
