This name is from the movie "Where the Heart Is". I found it to be a very strong name that should definitely be used more often.

Novalee Nation was the name of the character played by Natalie Portman in the 2000 film Where The Heart Is. I haven't found another reference to this name-- perhaps it was coined for this movie.
