Reign

• I've heard this around lately. I think Jada Pinkett and old whats-his-name called their daughter Willow Camille Reign. Reign is a nice alternative to Rain. They sound the same, but one looks classy and one looks like a skipping-barefoot-faerie-pagan name.
• Reign or Reine: I like the way the Rei looks, a variation of Rain, Raine, Rayne. Rei looks more regal, more distinguished.

Reign, in present day, is often used as an alternate form of the more popular Rain/Rayne. In this spelling, it is a verb meaning "to rule." It is also a noun used to describe the rule of a particular monarch (i.e., "Queen Victoria's reign.")
