Sarabande

A "saraband" is an stately court dance from the 17th century .. a very graceful name!

A sarabande is a dance in triple meter popular in Renaissance Europe. It was banned in Spain in the 1500s because of its percieved obscenity, but remained popular in the Spanish colonies in the new World. In the Baroque era, it became slower and more stately; as well as a standard movement of a Baroque suite.
