Siena


With one "n", Siena is the name of a City in Italy. It's most famous inhabitant was probably St. Catherine of Siena. With two N's (Sienna), it is a pigment used to make reddish-brown colored paint. It gets its name from the Italian tiera di Siena, or "Earth of [the city of] Siena, Italy." The city gets its name from the Saina, an Etruscan tribe of who lived in the region.
