(SEE-tow) my best friends name way back in high school, It means to be victorious and it is a Dutch name, it also happens to be the name of a test you take in grade school to see how "smart" you are. Poor guy got teased because of that al lot. But I think I like it any way, maybe because he was such a cool guy
