Sunniva

Norwegian and was attached to a saint, if I recall. Has all the solar-connected goodness of the more popular "Sun*" names, but isn't half so trendy and popular in the English-speaking world.

St. Sunniva is a 10th century Norwegian saint. She is thought to have come to Norway from Ireland, though her name is probably from Old English Sunngifu meaning "sun gift."
