Tessa
- I think this is a really fun sounding name. It's not a name one hears every day, but it still has a familiarity that makes it suitable for a woman of any age.
- Not too popular, so it has just the right amount of uniqueness, and it's pretty.
- This is my daughters name. It fits her perfectly. It works wonderfully for her little spunky two-year old self, but also will fit when she decides what career she'd like to be. I could imagine a teacher named Tessa or a business woman named Tessa. I really think it'll fit her as a woman very well. It is also simple, easy to spell and pronounce, yet very feminine.
- i just love this name!! it's not too common and i think it could replace the popular "emma".
- Tessa sounds more interesting than Tess, but it still retains Tess's literary associations, namely Tess of the d'Ubervilles. Tessa sounds like a sweet girl who would be accepted by her classmates and also accept herself-- but would never blend in with the too-common Caitlyns and the tasteless Caiyytlynns.
- This name is from my mum and I just adore it.
- Tessa Arielle: I think this name is great because its original but not too trendy
- <Tessa Claire: It flows off the tongue so well, and it's just one of those names that sounds lovely to everyone who hears it.
Tessa is most likely a shortened form of Teresa, though it is used on its own now.
