Titania

This name came to prominence by Shakespeare's character, who is the queen of the fairies, in the play A Midsummer Night's Dream. Most likely he got the name from Ovid's Metamorphosis, in which "titania" is a title for the daughters of the Titans. The Titans were the old gods of the Greek pantheon who were locked in the pit of Tartarus when they were overthrown by the new Greek gods.
