Tudor

(CHOO-der) This is pretty, and great for English people. It reminds me of heritage and grand Tudor houses and lush green parks. Could also be pronounced "TOO-der" if you're American but I don't think that sounds as nice.

Tudor comes from the Welsh name Tewdwr /TEE'OO dur/, which is derived from elements meaning "people; tribe" and "ruler; king." As a surname, it was borne by a house of British kings.
