Tyra is most likely a modern name, based on names like Kyra and Tyler/Skyler. It was brought to public realm with the model Tyra Banks. I can't find reference to any goddesses named Tyra (except Ms. Banks!) and the only goddess named Shallira I found is part of an online RPG.
