Caleb
- my 3rd grade teacher had a son named Caleb and I have loved it since then. Uncommon with out being way out there. (Caleb James)
- the name of my brother who died before I was born, and the name I will give my first son. I love the story of Caleb from the Bible. For me the name is synonomous with strength, honesty, and faith. It is not an unusual name, but not too common either. A good nickname I think would be Cale (got to think of something since my little brother is planning on naming his first son Caleb also)
- This name reminds me of one who is capable and strong and able to handle anything life throws their way.
- I love this name because its my sons name
- I like this name because it means faithful and bold everything a boy should be.
- Going back to my bf's alma mater, CAL I thought this name would be cute. Besides, it sounds like a very strong, masculine name. Caleb also sounds like an intelligent young man.
- our youngest son's name. Have always loved the New England, Puritan farmer sound of it. A good, solid, no-nonsense name with a rich history.
- CALEB BRADLEY: just differant
- Caleb Brannon: the initials of my great grandfather, Brannon is a nice substitute 4 Brandon
- Caleb Jacob: Very biblical i know (although i am not at all religious) I think they flow really nicely, and it is hard to decide a middle name for Caleb which is my all time favourite boys name. It shortens into Cal which i think sounds lovely, and I also link it with john Stienbecks novel Easten of Eden, and James Dean playing the role in the film. I just think its a beautiful name.
