Lauren

• my middle name, it sounds so classy and adds a bit of sophistication to any name.
• it has a nice balance (six letters -- not too long, not too short) * has that classy French "au" sound * evokes images of Lauren Bacall * has a creative, artistic feel * came from "laurel," which represents courage and honour (crowns of laurel leaves placed upon the head in ancient Greece symbolized feats of bravery)

• Lauren Elise: Laura was my aunt's name who was accidently run over by her great-aunt.  I wanted to honor her and use her name, but haven't like Laura.  I'm a piano player, thence, Elise from "Fur Elise"
• Lauren Joy: Simple and happy.
