(MA-nu) or Mano (ma- NOO) My high school b/f dad was called that, of course it stuck cause I am named Mani, but his name was Indonesian and means "hand". Short names are cool cause nobody shortens them to something you might hate, and the chances of getting a nickname a much slimmer.
