Marguerite
- A better version then dull, lifeless, Margaret, because the E adds a nice ring to the name.
- Marguerite is the French spelling for Margaret, and is much more beautiful to my taste. Plus, Marguerite/Margaret mean "pearl" in Latin, Greek, and Persian, but the name Marguerite had been given in French (as well as Margarita in Spanish), to the flower called "daisy" in English, because, when its close, the daisy looks like a pearl. I can only imagine Marguerite a very strong but feminine woman.
