Noconee, or Nokoni, meaning "the people who return", it is the name of a division, or society within our Nation, such as within the white man's name of Shoemaker, meaning "of the ones who makes shoes'.. i think this a great name,and we have had some great warriors with this name.. you dont see many Comanche names listed on "name lists", and i think it is time to see some
