Owen
Owen is a Welsh name, which may possibly be a form of Eugene (Greek, meaning "well-born"). It may also be from an older Celtic god name. It is sometimes used as an anglicization of the Irish Eoghan, meaning "born of the yew," or Eoin, an Irish form of John.
