Samaria
The name of a city in Biblical times. I combines the prefix Sam, which is so popular, and Aria, which means melody. I think it nicely combines an overused name (Samantha) with a beautiful, meaningful name. I prefer the pronunciation sum-ARE-ee-uh. Nicknames could be Sam, Aria, Ari, or Ria.
