(el-LEE-sah-bel) When I was picking out my Spanish name for school, I was stuck between 2 names at one point... Elisa (Spanish prn. el-LEE-sah) and Isabel (Spanish prn. EE-sah-bel). So I put them together. I like how it spells 2 names at once (Elisa from the beginning, Isabel starting from the I), but is still one name. Plus there are tons of nicknames; Ellie, Lisa, & Bel (le) to name a few. I never used it (it wasn't a "real" name in Spanish), but I still like it!

Elisa and Isabel are both forms of Elizabeth.
