The name Kiana is pretty popular, and it started out as Qiana, a type of synthetic fabric. I've met a Velvet and a Chantilly-- fabric names are not all that rare for people! Here are some types of fabric, weaves, and some trademarked names (some are regular clothing fabrics, some are industrial ones). So maybe Lurex doesn't make the short list for your baby girl...
